How does the Policy Manager work?
You link the Policy Manager to your financial software system. There is also a link to the credit insurer. Based on the available information, the Policy Manager arranges the following processes:
- applications for new credit limits and possibly increase existing credit limits;
- Processing credit limit movements;
- monitoring the overdue period;
- Setting up dispute notifications;
- collection notifications and automatic transfer of collection file;
- reporting damage;
- turnover statement of insured turnover.
Policy Manager also provides comprehensive management reporting so that the issues that matter can be quickly and easily seen and acted upon by you.
In addition, we will soon expand the Policy Manager with a broker portal exclusively for Xolv, so we are quickly informed of any discrepancies and can quickly escalate to the credit insurer.
