What will you do?
As account manager, you are part of the sales and account team and report to board member Erik Bolsius. You are the indispensable link between our customers, insurers and your fellow account managers. You see business opportunities and endorse our mission statement: we have a solution or we find one!
As account manager, in cooperation with the account team, you will process all matters concerning the application and modification of credit insurance of your relations. You proactively investigate the underwriting level of our relations' credit limits and utilise them to their maximum potential. You are a full discussion partner on policy management and risk assessment
Of business debtors with a commercial bias.

Your duties and responsibilities:
- Create commercial opportunities for Xolv by leveraging your network;
- Tracking industry developments and monitoring country risks;
- On occasion visit Xolv's partners, credit insurers and underwriters to discuss opportunities;
- Analysing creditworthiness of your relationship's debtor portfolio;
- Supervising debt collection cases and claims from your relation;
- Investigate and possibly resolve credit limit reductions and revocations by the credit insurer.

What do you bring?
- You possess hbo working and thinking level;
- You preferably have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, focused on the financial market;
- You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week;
- You have a WFT Basis, Schade Zakelijk or are willing to obtain one;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English in word and writing and consider optimal customer relations important.

Xolv focuses on risk and credit managers and finance directors of companies who want to minimise non-payment risks and optimise credit management processes within companies.
